In addition to her work in the oil and gas industry, Nicole also has experience as the marketing director for an Italian clothing chain, where she successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that boosted sales and strengthened the brand's market presence.

GILES CATCHPOLE - NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Giles qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, has worked in corporate and project finance for Antony Gibbs (which became part of HSBC Investment Bank), Anglo American Corporation of South Africa, Citibank (Johannesburg), Citicorp Investment Bank in London, and Indosuez Asia in Hong Kong where he was Managing Director. He was a founder shareholder and Audit Committee member of Venture Capital Bank of Bahrain. He has been an independent consultant for 30 years.
Giles has lived and worked in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In his career he has dealt with all manner of project promoters and politicians – princes, prime ministers, and permanent secretaries.
Giles obtained a BA Hons in Middle Eastern History and Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

During his senior school days, he attended St. Andrew’s College in Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown). In the early 1970s, Brian returned to the UK.
Throughout his professional journey, Brian has built a remarkable career in the banking sector, serving with distinction in various South African, Japanese, and Iranian institutions based in the bustling financial heart of London. His expertise primarily revolves around Treasury and Trade Finance, covering both the front and back-office operations.
Beyond his corporate success, Brian is deeply committed to philanthropy and actively engages with charitable organizations with ties to Makhanda. He maintains a strong connection to the community and visits Makhanda regularly.
