NICOLE MOLLETT - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nicole's extensive experience as the international business director and financial director for major oil and gas companies for over a decade demonstrates her exceptional financial acumen and strategic vision. During her tenure, she implemented effective business strategies that drove growth and profitability for the companies she worked for.

In addition to her work in the oil and gas industry, Nicole also has experience as the marketing director for an Italian clothing chain, where she successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that boosted sales and strengthened the brand's market presence.

Nicole's expertise also extends to property development, where she has been involved in a range of projects, from initial concept to completion. She is skilled in conducting market analyses, feasibility studies, financial planning, and project management.

GILES CATCHPOLE - NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Giles qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, has worked in corporate and project finance for Antony Gibbs (which became part of HSBC Investment Bank), Anglo American Corporation of South Africa, Citibank (Johannesburg), Citicorp Investment Bank in London, and Indosuez Asia in Hong Kong where he was Managing Director. He was a founder shareholder and Audit Committee member of Venture Capital Bank of Bahrain. He has been an independent consultant for 30 years.

Giles has lived and worked in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In his career he has dealt with all manner of project promoters and politicians – princes, prime ministers, and permanent secretaries.

Giles obtained a BA Hons in Middle Eastern History and Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

WALI ALOGBA - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Nathan, a graduate with a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, brings extensive expertise to the IT sector, specializing in the application of audio processing and machine learning techniques. Nathan was engaged to design a cutting-edge smart home solution for a luxury construction project in Guildford. Additionally, he developed a software solution capable of detecting speech within high-frequency radio circuits. His professional journey also involved leading a research initiative that delved into security advancements in wireless communication standards.

Nathan’s contributions drive the enhancement of Iron Shore’s business processes, infusing them with greater efficiency and intelligence. He is instrumental in crafting analytics that uncover profound insights. Fioren brings a wealth of experience to the table, with a strong background in the design and mass production of intricate textiles. Her expertise extends to crafting meticulous blueprints tailored specifically for luxury clothing brands, with a focus on large-scale manufacturing. BRIAN WAKEHAM - TREASURER

Meet Brian, who has a unique background and a wealth of experience in International Banking. Brian was born in London, but his educational and formative years were spent in South Africa. During his senior school days, he attended St. Andrew’s College in Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown). In the early 1970s, Brian returned to the UK.

Throughout his professional journey, Brian has built a remarkable career in the banking sector, serving with distinction in various South African, Japanese, and Iranian institutions based in the bustling financial heart of London. His expertise primarily revolves around Treasury and Trade Finance, covering both the front and back-office operations.

Beyond his corporate success, Brian is deeply committed to philanthropy and actively engages with charitable organizations with ties to Makhanda. He maintains a strong connection to the community and visits Makhanda regularly. With his extensive background and dedication, Brian is a valuable member of our team, ready to provide exceptional service to our clients.
